Welcome to this space made for You.

Growing older , and going through menopause, is still too often felt, for a modern woman, as a quiet diminishing.

Becoming less. Not more. Not even equal to the rest.

Throughout our lives as women, we go through transformations. They sometimes scare us, but we often embrace them… because they carry meaning.

Embracing the pain of our periods? It has meaning.
Enduring pain to give life? It has meaning.
But this pain, the one of no longer carrying life, no longer giving life… Where do we find the meaning in that?

It feels like grief. The grief of no longer being who we once were.

This transition is written into our bodies, into our rhythms, into our story. We’re told we must accept it. That it’s the natural order of things.

And it’s true. Not because it feels true, but because we have no choice.

So we smile, we move forward, we carry on as if everything were fine. And often, it is. But sometimes, little signs appear. Subtle sensations that remind us our bodies are changing. We push them aside, we hide them. And we feel sometimes alone, even surrounded.

Acceptance is a verb. A beautiful verb, actually. A verb full of promise. But only if we shift from “you must accept” to “I choose to accept.” That is the first step to reclaiming your life instead of enduring it.From there, everything becomes possible again. We can give it meaning once more.

Like placing yourself back at the center of your own life, while opening up to others to pass on what truly matters.

Sharing has become my essence.
And You are my essence. You are my mother, my sister, my friend, my colleague, my neighbor, and one day, even my daughter. You are the woman who deserves to be heard, recognized, supported in this stage of life that every woman will cross, without ever asking for it.

You are the one I want to walk alongside, so that together, we can grow older with grace, with joy, and never feel “old.”

You are the reason I created this app.

Jacques Brel once said: “To see that we are going to grow old and to want to begin.”

So, are you ready to put yourself back at the center of your life? Are you ready to reinvent yourself?
Yes, the road will be a little messy, I won’t deny it, but it will be transformative. It will bring light to your eyes. A light that only comes with age, and that will make younger women long to grow older too. To grow older well.

If you’re ready, I’ll walk with you toward a deeper understanding of what you’re about to go through or perhaps already are.

This path, I know it well. I’m 52, post-menopausal, mother of three young women, and I’ve worked in health for nearly 20 years.

And yet, despite all my knowledge, menopause scared me.

How would I go through it? Would I have many symptoms? Was everything I’d heard true?
And with the word “menopause,” doesn’t the word “old” also sneak in?

Today, now that I’m here, I can tell you this with certainty: it’s nothing like I imagined. It’s a much more evolutionary passage. It’s a journey. And it begins far earlier in a woman’s life than I ever thought.
If only I had known…

Even with all my training and expertise, this transition made me re-examine, adjust, and sometimes completely transform the way I approached menopause.
Because here’s the truth: only by living it do we truly understand it.

To support you, I’ve gathered what I found most helpful: solid expertise, innovative tools, fresh discoveries, and above all, concrete, personalized strategies to help you live more serenely, before, during, and after menopause.

And because we, as women, are beings of connection, what could be more powerful than crossing this threshold in our strength, carried by a community that is kind and inspiring?

Together, let’s transform menopause into a new life project, with vitality, joy, ease, strength, and sisterhood at its heart.
Because menopause is that too! Let’s leave behind silence, guilt, sadness, or struggle.

Time to shine baby!
